Yes, we offer a yearly payment option in addition to our monthly plans, with a 10% discount compared to the monthly pricing. If you choose to cancel your yearly subscription before the end of the term, you will receive a refund for any unused months.

To update the credit card on file, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account at http://www.Opaltimecard.com.
  2. Navigate to "Settings."
  3. Click on "Billing Plan."
  4. Select "Change Billing Plan."
  5. Choose your current billing plan and the number of additional administrators.
  6. Enter the new billing address and credit card information.
  7. Agree to the terms and conditions, then click "Pay Now."

Please note, any remaining days in your current billing cycle will be refunded to your existing card, and a new billing cycle will begin with the updated card.

Apple iOS

To upgrade or downgrade your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account at http://www.opaltimecard.com.
  2. Go to the "Settings" menu.
  3. Click on the "Billing Plan" option.
  4. Select "Change Billing Plan."
  5. Choose a new billing plan.
  6. Enter your payment information.
  7. Click "Pay Now."

When you upgrade or downgrade, any remaining days in your current billing cycle will be refunded, and a new billing cycle will start with the selected plan.

Switching back to the free plan:
If you wish to return to the free 10-employee plan, please refer to this article for instructions.

We accept payments via the following credit or debit cards:

  • Diners Club

At this time, we do not accept payments by check or bank transfer.

You can suspend or cancel your Time Card subscription at any time by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account at http://www.opaltimecard.com.
  2. Navigate to "Settings."
  3. Click on "Billing Plan."
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link to cancel your subscription.

All your data and settings will be saved while your subscription is suspended. To reactivate your subscription, simply log in to your Time Card account and select "Change Billing Plan."

Please note, if you have fewer than 11 employees and less than 3 administrators, your account will automatically switch to the free 10-employee plan.

  3. Select "Billing Plan."
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link to cancel your subscription.

To switch back to the free 10-employee plan, ensure that your account has fewer than 11 employees and fewer than 3 administrators, then follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account at http://www.opaltimecard.com.
  2. Navigate to "Settings."
  3. Select "Billing Plan."
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link to switch to the free plan.
